Mr*** is omitting many details to the service we provided to him. First of All he requested for us to replace his hoses. Before we did so, we verbally told him this vehicle has other running hot problems and just replacing these hoses will not help....the hoses went bad because we
has a bad head gasket which is causing way to much pressure to build in the cooling system and cause the hose to go bad...we verbally told him this but he wished to have them replaced anyway. We did tow his vehicle for free! As a matter of fact according to our records we do not show any form of payment for the $we charged to him to replace the requested hoses. OUr closed out bill in the computer is for $165. I have not idea where he is getting the $he is wanting a refund for? When we tried to contact Mr*** and resolve this matter he was way out of line with the language used with ***. We have a 98% approval rating with our customers, Mr*** must fall within the 2% that no matter what we try to do, he will not be happy. I for sure don't want to give him money back for something that he requested for us to do and then to give more back than the bill that he never paid for is completely absurd
