Nor-Lake Inc

Here the chain of events of these orders.  All I can find considering no specifics to go from. These gaskets were never ordered directly from Nor-Lake.  They were ordered through DQ equipment dealer by the name of [redacted]., [redacted], OH ...

[redacted].  When a dealer orders from Nor-Lake they receive a discounted price because they order in larger quantities and buy equipment from us.  If the DQ owners buy direct they also receive a discount but less than the dealer.  No one ever pay list price if they order direct. This cabinet they are needed gaskets for is from the 80’s and early 90’s.  These gaskets are made per order and not stocked at Nor-Lake.  They hand made from gasket material and molded together to create the correct size.  Very labor intensive. The unit has two different size doors one small and one large.  P/N 116809 is for the large door and P/N 116810 is for the small door. I do not know if the owner called [redacted] to get the P/N or if they called us to get the P/N and then chose to order it through [redacted]. Either way he has the correct gaskets for his machine.  He can keep the one he does not need at this time for a later date.  I don’t think he know this or realizes it. If [redacted] increased the price to the owner I have no control over that. The order for the P/N 116810 S.O. 120185, [redacted] was given the correct price and discount. I have tried to contact [redacted] several times during my investigation to find out if an order belonged to this owner which I thought it might be the original order for the wrong size gasket as intended.  They are not responding.  I think the order # is [redacted]. Thank you, Keith J.
