Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. .
The leak is clearly from the window that was already agreed as a defect in workmanship, and has still to date not been repaired.  There is not even anyone living upstairs, as well as the leak was visually apparent after rain as coming through the defective window, so this is purely the seller continuing to try and shirk responsibility.  In addition, the other 8 items show blatant defects in materials and workmanship and are covered under section 3, "General Coverages", and "are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship" according to the Warranty Contract. There has still been no attempted resolution of this Revdex.com complaint by the company.  Since the complaint, I have received no additional contact, and still no licensed inspectors, installers, or specialists in any contracting areas have come to inspect the claims, and no work has been completed in over six months to address any of these issues, even the one he previously agreed to.  Pursuant to the contract, work should have been completed by May 20th, as defined in section 6.d, "Any repair or replacement, and any adjustment, by the Seller pursuant to the foregoing Paragraphs B or C will be done by the Seller or contractors chosen by the Seller, and will be completed within thirty (30) business days."   I have not received any material showing root causes of apparent defects in materials and workmanship or any reasoning why they would not be covered, in response to the detailed images and report submitted to the business showing clear defects.I am still expecting to have licensed technicians or installers inspect and repair the defects in material and workmanship for the 9 identified items to close the complaint, or to receive additional compensation to have the work completed on my own.

There has also now been additional damage to the property due to the water leak, causing a mold problem in the basement under the leaking window.  Pursuant to the contract, work should have been completed by May 20th, as defined in section 6.d, "Any repair or replacement, and any adjustment, by the Seller pursuant to the foregoing Paragraphs B or C will be done by the Seller or contractors chosen by the Seller, and will be completed within thirty (30) business days."I am still expecting to have licensed technicians or installers inspect and repair the defects in material and workmanship for the 9 identified items to close the complaint, or to receive additional compensation to have the work completed on my own.

The items requested to be be repaired do not fall under the one year warrantee.  The items are from normal wear and tear or by homeowner use, which are not covered.  The leak is from the above unit and the above unit owners insurance should be made aware of this.

I met with the homeowner and reviewed all items of concern.  I later followed up with the homeowner letting him know that all the items, except for one, were not covered under the Limited Warranty.
