On August 15, I provided the *** of a refund of the overage from working bingo***, emailed me requesting her remaining balance, however, I was unable to process this request due traveling with my teamsThis was told to *** *** on multiple occasions and NOT once did we say we were not going to refund herMy staff knew there were camps and hitting lessons that was not considered by *** when she gave me the total is was requestingWhen things settled we reviewed our accounts and refunded the ***'s the amount she was entitled toWe are a non-profit travel ball organization helping young women athletes reach their goals to further there education and play softball at the collegiate levelWe hope for the best for each athlete in our program
