Review: Signed up and prepaid for a class that was later cancelled at the last minute. Not a big deal, but tried to get my money back and have been unable to reach anyone. I have been calling for weeks and left multiple messages to no avail. I didn't want to file this complaint and have had no other issues with this company; however, I feel there lack of communication has left me with no other choice.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: I had purchased a swift water rescue vest from this company on 07/11/2014 (order# [redacted]). I received an invoice from them and money was taken out of my account. That was the last time I heard from them. After about 2 weeks (07/28/2014) I sent a message to them to find out the status of shipping and only received an auto generated email stating they would get back to me, but still nothing. I emailed again on 08/03/2014, nothing. I called and left a message last week (08/04/2014) regarding the order and no call backs. Review: I paid on-line to take a fire class (S231-Engine Boss) from this company. The instructor/owner cancelled this class via email and gave the option to reschedule or be reimbursed for tuition. I request that I be reimbursed for tuition I paid. Over the course of 2 months I sent 3 emails to the address provided in the cancellation notificaton and left 2 voice mails on the company phone line. None of the emails or phone calls were responded to. I reported fraudulent activity on my crefit card and my credit card provider reimbursed me for the tuition. I am reporting because this guy cant keep doing this to other people.Desired Settlement: Make sure this guy doesnt steal from anybody else.
