Review: I have contacted this business several times via email and regular mail. I have also attempted to contact them via telephone but their line is always busy. The reason for contacting them is to obtain a statement of the past due balance on my account. Despite numerous requests for this information, I still have not received a statement. I have made payments on the past due balance but I need a statement in order to track the transactions. Thank you.
