I am rejecting this response because:Previously filed a complaint due to a faulty grill. The manufacturer promised a refund (arbitrated by the Revdex.com and agreed to by us), we have never received the refund for the unit. Further proving the manufacturer does not stand by his warranty or product. All communication is met by hostility and belligerence.Please have the manufacturer fall through with his Revdex.com arbitrated agreement and refund us for the faulty product.

Very poor welds on these grills and will not replace the grill even if it is under warranty. The owners are non-communicative and refuse to admit fault. All communication is met by hostility and belligerence. Buyer beware.
