Actually, the customer contacted me AFTER the warranty period .HOWEVER, if the customer removes all of his complaints on Yelp, and other social media, and agrees not to make such complaints again ..I will send him a check for the $I am not negotiating, this is a one time, take it or leave it deal [redacted]
