We are writing this in response to the above complaint We called to schedule Mr***'s heating maintenance service after the windstorm in and he informed us that a tree had fallen on his house We apologized and wished him luck with everything, he told us he would call once he got his house fixed He called a while later and said that they were forced to move We offered to move his calls to his new home so he could still use the services he paid for He didn't ask for a refund or ask to speak with the owner at that time We were never given the chance to give a refund because one was never asked for until now

got his house fixed. He called a while later and said that they were forced to move. We offered to move his calls to his new home so he could still use the services he paid for. He didn't ask for a refund or ask to speak with the owner at that time. We were never given the chance to give a refund because one was never asked for until now.

I am rejecting this response because: I did call and request a refund twice and was told that someone would get back to me each time I requested a refund and no one ever did. I still would like a refund check sent.

Thank you so much to Bruce and Daniel- Norco employees. Your heart to help the customer, really shows. My husband has a seizure disorder and the heat makes everything worse. I so appreciate how quickly you arrived, that you explained everything, and that you clearly went above and beyond your duty to help us have an air conditioner that worked, today. I would highly recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning needs.
