I have to agree with the review regarding the unethical and fraudulent billing practices of this company. For example, norco has been the supplier of vent supplies for my child (also in spokane, washington). I would switch to another company but they are the only supplier for the supplies needed. Every month we have to place an order for supplies. One of those items needed is for trachs. Norco continues to not send the trachs on time therefore putting my childs safety at risk. This is not a one time incident, and has happened several times. I have complained about this for several month each time they promise they will fix it. (they being christina ramos, kaycee cook, managers brandon, and andrew t.) they even told us thing would get better with the order because all of the order were going to get send to one central location (boise, id) to be processed and , "drop shipped". Well, it didn't get fixed, and now there is no one local to address these problems. Regarding the billing norco keeps sending and billing our insurance for supplies we didn't order, which is in the 100's of thousands of dollars in fraudulent billing. Call it what you want, but anyway you look at it, it is fraud. If you are the parent/caregiver of an adult or child with special needs, there is no way to explain the level of frustration you are dealing with regarding these medical supply companies. It is not about the care and comfort of your loved one. It is an industry driven merely by profit and greed. I urge those of you reading this whom are in similar circumstances to make a safety related complaint to the joint commission ( norco is accredited with them), contact your insurance company regarding the fraudulent billing practices so it can be investigated, and/or notify the other government agencies, so they can open an investigation on this company and expose it for what it really is.

We have dealt with Norco Medical in Spokane, Washington. They have been taking advantage of my husband's mother. They were to pick up the wheelchair she rented—by which, every single part of the chair is charged. The pick-up request was placed in August; yet, we were continually billed an it was never retrieved. I made two phone calls in October. One lady stated she had made note and it would to be picked up in a week in a half or so. I replied, I wanted an email to verify their intent. I never received an email, and when I phoned again, they acted as if I never phoned or made the request. Finally, they had me speak to a manager and the wheelchair was picked up yesterday.
I understand, they greedily relish taking advantage of the elderly. It was obvious they had no concern if they took advantage of one with dementia.
I must add, In their ads, they put on such a caring face.
