I leave for vacation on the 14th and will not be available until the 27th of june. In reference to the complaint. The vehicle was sold to the customer for exactly the price negotiated the if the "advisor" could do simple math he could figure that outThe State of Wisconsin purchase contract form can be confusing . The person who did the negotiating is from another state and is an advisor of some sort for the Severance(s) and was not here when the Severance(s) came to pick up the vehicle so he has no way of knowing what occoured during the paperwork process. We offer to every customer every time the option to purchase Chrysler service contracts, rustproofing, life insurance on the loan etc. if we sell these products to one customer we have to by law offer them to every other customer. The Severances indicated they wanted to purchase these items so we added them to the deal. In order to prepare the vehicle the Severance(s) needed to leave the vehicle over night and we were going to deliver it to them the next dayIn regards to interest rate. We don't quote interest rates, an estimated range is given as we have no way of knowing what rate a customer will qualify for that is determined by the bank...there are no banks anywhere doing 2% for months on a used car 3.2% is a fantastic month rate. The Advisor called us the next morning from California and was extremely beligerant. he was impossible to reason with. in fact he left my Sales Person *** *** visibly shaken. *** is a very kind young man and to be accused of taking advantage of a customer numerous times in the beration was completely uncalled for. We followed the instructions of the advisor and stopped the completed deal and reversed everything and also followed his instructions not to contact the Severance(s). we still have the entire completed deal as evidence and can refute every one of the Claims of the Advisor. I have attatched the purchase contract to this e mail. As it plain to see we have to put the price from the buyers guide(window sticker) on the first line $23990. on line C you see the discount of $bringing the price to $as was discussed. We were certainly open to removing any of the service contract, maintenance contract items etc from the deal but the Advisor was not open to anything.
