I found there website extremely helpful. Did not even have to contact customer service to get one of my questions answered. They have a extremely detailed help section that makes it easy to get your questions answered right away.

I received information as to an amazing product that would, among other claims, provide energy. After receiving product and trying for approximately 30 days, I was not happy with the results and contacted Nordic, requesting return process.

My call was answered immediately, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was issued, I returned the unused product, and received a FULL refund within 2 weeks.

My [limited] experience with Nordic Clinical is very positive. I am very pleased with their prompt and courteous handling of my transaction and am returning to them to order another product. I believe I can trust their 100% guarantee as they have proved it to me!

I received a flyer in the mail offering a product that I was interested in. I called to order it. Before I could get off the phone, their sales rep insisted that I also purchase a recurring subscription to an unrelated service, and that in order to cancel it I would need to call to cancel.

I informed him that I did not want to start the subscription. He refused to listen and insisted that I would like it. I held firm, and had to tell him several times that I do not like recurring subscriptions that I need to make an effort to cancel.

This took several repetitions of his not hearing me. I felt disrespected and annoyed that he would not listen to me.

I am an extremely dissatisfied customer, and I want to share this information. I do not appreciate their super-hard-sell approach, and they will be losing me as a customer.
