I called the Handyman connection to have some weather stripping for two doors and to have plexiglas installed into a small window opening on a closet type door I asked the lady approximately what this would costShe couldn't say for sure but stated that they started with $for a call plus materials and this sounded like a small job I was shocked when the bill came to $ Close to $in labor charges When finished with the job the serviceman ignored to replace the main weather stripping on the main door and had to make a second trip to the store for materials *** *** He said I was lucky that I was not charged additional labor charges for installing the missed weather strippingI learned a very good lesson...NEVER PAY THE BILL UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIEDOnce they get their money there is no way they are going to admit anythingWill never use their services again

I wanted to write an express my frustration with the level of customer service for Nordstrom Rack. I purchased three dresses online on October 27, 2016 with the intent of wearing one of them for a rehearsal dinner I had to attend this past Friday. The order was supposed to ship 7-10 days from then. I then received an email on November 5th that one of the dresses would not be fulfilled and was credited for that amount. I was frustrated but not angry as I assumed I would still have the two remaining dresses shortly. However, I did not receive my dress order until November 11th!!! I received an email apologizing for the delay on November 7th - but no compensation for the wait (I remind you that I was intending to wear one of these dresses for a rehearsal dinner on Friday November 11th. When I received the November 11th order it only had one dress in it! And it was not the dress I intended to wear. I was confused as to why I had still been charged for two dresses when only one dress showed up at my door on November 11th. I then received an email on November 13th that said you would not be able to fulfill my other dress order --the dress I had intended to wear on November 11th! I have to admit I have been shocked by the lack of customer service and inability to complete my order. Nordstrom is famed for its incredible customer service and I unfortunately expected the same from all of its brands. However, I see that is not the case. I will no longer be shopping at Nordstrom brands and will unfortunately not be able to recommend your brand to others.
