I HAD CALLED NORFOLK AIR HEATING&COOLING TO COME OUT TO REPAIR A LEAK I HAD IN MY HEAT PUMPTHE AIR HANDLER AND OUTSIDE WERE BOTH FREEZING UP WITH ICETHEY CAME OUT ON 06-19-AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED PROBLEM THEY ENCOUNTERED ON THEIR PREVIOUS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTDASH AND THOMAS WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND WORKED WELL INTO THE EVENING TO GET THE HEAT PUMP WORKINGWE HAD BEEN WITHOUT AIR FOR A WEEKDASH WAS VERY DILIGENT WITH HIS WORK, AND APPEARED TO BE QUITE EXPERIENCED.I APPRECIATED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCHWE ARE NICE AND COOL NOW

Furnace failed a week agoCalled Norfolk Air at 9:15AM, scheduled for hours later At 9:40AM got a call and email with tech's picture that they were enroute Tech's found a fouled vacuum line Cleared and babysat the system through several cycles Very good response, Tech's explained issue & answered my questions Very happy with response time and quick overall service Thanks Mancini & Scott

I received three bids from Heating & Cooling businesses and Norfolk Air gave the best bid per SEER Installation was performed in two days, and the company offered two space heaters while the heat was off All the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, also open to receiving questions Cleaned up perfectly inside and out The office staff and Comfort Consultant were also friendly and helpful System is working beautifully, and if any assistance is needed, Norfolk Air has a hour emergency service Well run business!

Norfolk Air Heating and Cooling were referred by our neighbor and we have never been disappointedThey are wonderful, courteous and friendly from the girl scheduling your appointment to the service people who come to your homeWe have had a couple of emergencies and have had same day serviceWhen it wasn't an emergency we have always gotten an appointment that same weekI have never had such wonderful service

Norfolk Air installed a new heating and cooling system in April that has been working great. I am using Norfolk Air now to rewire the old part of our house and I had a Norfolk Air Plumber, Henry, out today to fix three stuck water valves. Henry was friendly, worked efficiently, accomplished what I wanted, and cleaned up his work sites. The electricians aren't finished yet, but Jason and Wesley are fine men and are working diligently.

All I wanted was an estimate to replace my HVAC system. Don't let this company dupe you. The salesman came to my home to discuss the unit and pricing. Then I received a call back from Norfolk Air saying I needed for them to do a service call on my unit. I was a bit perplexed why that was necessary because I wasn't looking to fix it or really figure out what was wrong. The few estimates I did receive from other companies were able to give me an estimate without setting up a service call. They knew what needed to be replaced and gave me the estimate. The service call with Norfolk care cost me over $200 and nothing was done!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They responded within 15 min of my initial web inquiry...on a SUNDAY!! Then their plumber was there the following day 15 min prior to the agreed time to review/ assess the situation.
The agreed upon price was the actual FINAL price paid when all was said and done. On top of it all, the plumbers that showed up on the work day kept me informed of what was going on step by step and even CLEANED my kitchen floor when they were done!
