Although, we cleaned the dress more than once in attempt to remove the stains, they would not come outIn this industry, we simply cannot guarantee that we can remove all stainsThe ability to remove the stains is based on the type of fabric, the type of stain as well as the time period it was left on the clothing. Mr*** *** claims of "belligerent" behavior on our part is a complete exaggeration and at no point in time did we ever refer to him as "liar"We are a family owned business and we treat all our client with respect. today the owners of the Norge cleaners located at 19243 Deroit road at rocky river,,ohio 44116 finally removed the stains from my daughter's outfit and returned the outfit to my daughter.I would like to consider this matter as closed at this point.this whole unfortunate incident could have been easily avoided if the owners of this ry cleaning facility could have done this job without arguing with me in the first place without calling me and my daughter as lyers.,[redacted].M.D."
