If possible I would give 0 stars. This company has no accountability to the customer. You can not contact them to discuss a claim or dispute. They make their decision and there is no recourse for the customer. I now have to pay a lab bill of $962.00 or it will go to collections and ruin my credit. There should be options for the medicare part B customer to chose which company has the best benefits available.

Email received from business:Hello ***,Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We were able to identify the claim in question for Mr***. Beneficiary submitted claims are handled a little differently at the beginning of processing compared to a regularly physician submitted claim. The beneficiary, Mr*** in this case, would need to print and complete a 1490S form with supporting documentation from the provider that will help us complete the claim the best we can. If by chance additional information is needed, we will contact the beneficiary and ask that they provide specific information.In the cases in which the beneficiaries are having a hard time getting information from the provider, we will assist and do the best we can to complete the claim and at the same time do what we can to encourage the provider to submit these claims on the beneficiaries behalf.The information from Mr*** was sufficient enough for us to get it into the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) claims processing system. Since it was not an actual electronic claim or claim form used for paper submission, it was scanned into our electronic document workflow which requires us to key it into the CMS standard system. It is at this stage that the claim resided until we were contacted.The claim is now being processed and we are using a receipt date of March, when it was originally submitted. This will allow some interest to accrue on the payment It is also important to note that the claim is based on a fee schedule allowance and not submitted charges. The claim must be held for days before we can release the payment due to CMS mandates. This U.SGovernment contractor appears to answer to nobody including the U.SGovernment who contracted themI submitted claim for reimbursement of medical services that I had to pay up front in order to be treatedNoridian processed my first claim appropriatelyHowever, when my second claim was sent Noridian sent a letter to my health provider (not even a cc to me) advising them that they had to process a claim on my behalfThe provider sent me a copy of this letterI have contacted Medicare times to follow up and they have proven to be ineffectual and frivolousThe health provider will not submit a claim that has already been paid in full by meErgo, I am out $ and appear to have no recourseWhat is more, given the up front method of pay I can no longer see my provider and am being denied APPROPRIATE medical care which violates bot CA and federal statute
