Norm D [redacted] came immediately when I called and rescued me from no water due to leaking shut-offs and faucet He listened respectfully, followed my wishes, and let me assist as he worked and taught me I have done minor plumbing and he didn't dismiss me just because I was an older woman He let me know the lowest cost options and worked diligently He was professional and friendly His cost was very reasonable and much lower than bigger name businesses I would highly recommend hiring Norm D [redacted] for plumbing issues I'm glad I found him!
I had Norm Dubois Plumbing come to my home[redacted] was on time very efficient ,did excellent work and was very reasonable.I would call him back anytime as needed
I called Norm on Monday morning and met with him that afternoon to evaluate the
problem. We set up a time to do the repairs 2 days later which gave me enough
time to open up and remove 1/3 of the bathroom floor for the repairs needed.
He removed all the old plumbing (including a section of the sewer pipe with a hairline
crack he pointed out. Work was completed the following day.
This was an ongoing for the past few years and several plumbers didn't want to do
the job. I HIGHLY recommend Norm for his prompt and professional service.
He was recommended to me and is now my new plummer.
