I bought my CRV 2008 from these place and always had my service here. On my second last service they inform me that door locked has to replaced and they took it off but they didn't replaced with new one because they don't have it . they clearly told me that they will call me once it is available and will replace it with no charge. I never heard from them and last Friday I took my car for oil change and I mention what happen before, this time they were saying that I need to pay for it so they didn't fix it. Also I told them my passenger door handle make weird noise and the gentleman said they fix that for now. when I came home and check it. it was not fixed. they also say that they do world first class inspection but my interior light stop working after service , which was working before service.
