Review: I purchased a new vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda Irvine in late October 2014, and as of today (February 2, 2015) I still have yet to receive my license plates and registration. With the Thanksgiving holiday, I did not think anything of not having the plates and registration until I moved in early December. Still not having received my license plates in early December, I followed up with Norm Reeves Honda Irvine to inquire about the status of my plates and inform them of my move. I spoke to a woman who said that the plates would be shipped to my new address that week. I never received them, and to my knowledge they were never shipped. Therefore, I followed up with Norm Reeves Honda Irvine again after the Christmas holiday on January 5 and 8, 2015, without being able to reach someone who could help me. On Saturday January 10, 2015, I connected with [redacted] who said the department who could help me was closed for the weekend and that he would follow-up on Monday. On Monday, despite a phone call and email from me, [redacted] did not follow-up. I tried calling again on January 13, again to no response. On January 14, I received an email that my plates were being shipped to my old address. Since I still had relatives at the old address, I did not think to correct the issue. However, on January 21, I checked the status of the package, and USPS noted that it was 'undeliverable.' I emailed [redacted] immediately about the issue to which he said "Looking into it..." On January 23, I still had not heard back from [redacted], so I followed-up again by email on January 23. Four days later on January 27, [redacted] CC'd another colleague, [redacted], asking her to respond. Hearing no response from either of them, I followed-up with them on January 29 and again on the 30. As of today (Feb 2), I still have not heard from either of them. As I'm sure you are well aware, it is critical that I get my license plates and registration and the lax of customer service and professionalism on their part is inexcusable.Desired Settlement: I need to receive my license plates and registration from Norm Reeves Honda Irvine.

Review: I signed an option to provide my own financing contract when I bought my car. I asked the dealer to fax the white copy of the sales agreement to my credit union so that they could fund my car loan. They faxed blank pages. By the time (after repeated phone calls) my loan officer received the fax, my option to provide my own financing had expired. My loan officer called the dealer's finance department to request them to extend the option, and they did not return his call. I believe the Finance Department deliberately failed to fax the Sales Agreement to my Credit Union and failed to return his call because they do not wish me to provide my own financing, which is my right according to the law. I feel that they are practicing fraud when they do this.Desired Settlement: I want the dealer to (1) return my loan officer's call, (2) extend my option to provide my own financing, and to (3) apologize to me for their poor customer service.
