After my son and I were approved to lease and take home a vehicleI, six days later we were contacted by their finance department stating there was an error with the contractWe were asked to return to the dealership so contract could be revisedWhen we got to the dealer we were told we were not approved for the lease From there everything spiraled into a horrible experience and ultimately we had to return the vehicle My son was especially devastated and felt horribleThat whole easter weekend was a terrible experience and not only did we feel humiliated but we were mislead and were very dissatisfied with the way management treated us and handled the situation They made us feel like we were stupid and made it seem as if it were our fault only I asked why would you let us take the car home leading us to believe were were approved Their response was that they had the right to do that with out making the customer aware That they could choose to do that and had no right what so ever at all to let the customer know I was so embarrassed, humiliated and heartbroken to see my son so distraught over the ordeal Management never apologized or try to make things better I will never return, or refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from Honda It was the worst experience of my life especially for my son
