I want for a floor that was not installed plus for finishing a bathroom that was not completed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have all the proofs that he only show up at my property to do any kind of work may be once a month or if we add all the days may be 6- days in the entire time frame of almost monthsOriginally he signed the contract to do the basement, fence & deckUnfortunately later he mentioned that he cannot do the deck and fence and started making excusesI ended up with him not doing the deck and fence but just finish my basement work He even did not complete the job on time at all after sending him textMessages numerous timesHe took all the money for the basement project and did not finish that at allThe only thing I was waiting for my work to be done nothing else as I have no personal connection with this company at all He started making excuses like his surgery, docappointment, out of labor etc Which I do not care at all because I need my work to be done 100% if he took the money PERIODHe ended up with the settlement of $and agreed to pay in installment with the specific dated in the agreement which was notarized and have not paid as of yetI do not like if people take advantage of someone Now his business is closed or open does not matter to meI need my money back .That’s allI do not want to hear this crap as a customer I need money so that I can pay someone else to do this job and he can stay home or do his checkup with doctor or whatever his personal he wants to doI do not care Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the attached complaint: I have spoken to this customer on many occasions regarding his project I started this project many many months ago he decided not to have me come back that he was going to be paying someone else This was not my choosing I have material and labor receipts that have been paid out that exceed the amount of his deposits and I am willing to bring these to court to prove thatHowever his harassing text messages and phone calls and visiting my property along with my office and [redacted] Street , I finally said to him “listen to stop your harassment and put this to bed , we will just come up with some kind of agreement." I’m Way over on the job I have spent more than you’ve given me The job is upside down,but what will just make you go away and stop your nonsense and harassment? we agreed on a $I have paid to date With a balance of 3,Since this agreement I have closed my business and are no longer performing home repairs I explained to this customer that if he files his judgment , that It can be included into the business Bankruptcy But he keeps dragging his feet and this debt Will not be included Or he can wait till I have funds available to pay this agreement off Recapping ; I have done nothing wrong .This customer chose to not have me continue my work I have an extensive folder outlining more than 19,in reciepts An agreement was put in place to stop his harassment and txt messages phone calls and visits (4,000) 1,has been paid Balance 3,as soon as funds are available Or File his judgment and lean can be included in bankruptcy proceedings Sincerely Norm W***

I want 1400.00 for a floor that was not installed plus 1100.00 for finishing a bathroom that was not completed

I have been in contact with Mrs [redacted] regarding her basement floor that is still not completed due to emergency health situations on behalf of myself . It has been agreed that I would...

complete the work that is still outstanding after a permission from my doctor regarding my open heart surgery that is scheduled for the third week in May 2017Mrs [redacted] has had all new hardwood flooring replaced, new master bathroom, living, hallway .ceramic tile in her bathroom along with bathroom painted, all new trim, all new drywall, taping, and painting in her basement ( all items she's very happy with as she has told me )To date Mrs [redacted] has 90% of her contract complete , with only a few days of finalizing details to include a laminate floor in her basementUpon completion Mrs [redacted] will owe the balance of the contract in the amount of 918.00 plus all additional change orders of work that was completed at the request of Mrs [redacted] and that is not itemized on her original contract it is my every intention to take care of any situation that is left open ended as I have many many happy customers, although it's extremely hard to please everyone, I give it my best attempt
