Our customer purchased a set of Bobcat Tires from us in the fall of - the following summer he came back saying the tires were totally bald and of no use, I immediately called my vendor who I purchased them from, and he stated that the
Companies who sell bobcat tires do not put a tread wear warranty on that type of tire as they cannot prove how the tires were used, if on concrete or rocks for instance, they can wear out in a very short time, to try to help the customer out the Vendor offered to give him a $Courtesy Credit out of their pocket and we were giving him a $courtesy credit back (plus tax)That $from us is the commission we made on the first set of tiresHe was not happy with our Courtesy Credit - We have been selling several of this size and brand of tire since 2008, (sold last year), and have not had any other issues with these tires

The responses I've received to date have negated the fact the tires I purchased failedI voiced a concern at the time of purchase as the visible rubber marks left while I was loading my bobcat onto my trailerAs I stated before, I was on the final project of the seasonMy bobcat was idle during the winter
The responses of " this has never happened with these tires" was a red flag for meFollowed with having sold several of this size since 2008.(sold last year)and have not had any other issue with these tires
These responses are not addressing the problem I was having with the tires
I invited Joy, any member of her staff to witness for themselves how I operate my bobcat on a job siteI also requested that her vendor come to my jobsite
Joy did state in her response if used on concrete or rocks for instance they can wear out in a very short time
This statement supports my claim
With over yrsin my trade it would be hard for me to believe anyone could misinterpret what my bobcat is used for
