Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although I accept them returning to come look at the problem again, I want it to be noted that this company was extremely unprofessional in their course of action over the phoneI never asked the company to come on Labor Day but had to speak to two different employees before they would come out on TuesdayTheir first response was that they couldn't come for over a week from Labor DayThe employee I spoke to was extremely impatient and unfriendlyHe even hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a questionAn apology seems warranted, however, the company seems to think it is unnecessary Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,,,we do indeed do work for the Home Warranty. Upon arrival we found the shower flange removed by the customer. Although this was not covered by the home warranty, it was indeed removed by the customer and they elected to not cover it. We in no way altered the truth and when we... received the work order it stated the problem was a stoppage, Not a leak. Also we gave fast service and would have loved to make repairs,,,,however we are not the deciding factor. If home owner has a sour taste about not being approved for repairs ,we would suggest reading their contract and or contact their Home warranty. Sincerely Long Lane

Although we have been to the customers home, we did indeed find the problem,which was a clogged drain lineThe customer did indeed let us know that her plumber found the same and changed the dishwasher drain line from the regular drain to the garbage disposal drain portWe would be more than happy
to revisit the customer's home and now that the dishwasher has a clear drain,,see what other problem it may haveWe can not in all fairness just condem the unit without knowing what is the new issue@ no chargeWe do apology that we are not working monday but our service crew will be off that day in observance of the national holiday,,Labor Day Sincerley,,,,,,,,,,,LONG LANE HOME SERVICES

Although I accept them returning to come look at the problem again, I want it to be noted that this company was extremely unprofessional in their course of action over the phone. I never asked the company to come on Labor Day but had to speak to two different employees before they would come out on Tuesday. Their first response was that they couldn't come for over a week from Labor Day. The employee I spoke to was extremely impatient and unfriendly. He even hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question. An apology seems warranted, however, the company seems to think it is unnecessary.
