Review: [redacted] was retained in July 2013 to represent me in the adoption of my wife's adult children by a previous marriage for a flat fee of $1,000.00.In August 2013 Ms. [redacted] represented me in the superior Court of California, County of Ventura with adoption of the two adult children approved.As a part of this contract Ms. [redacted] was to provide each son with a copy of his new birth certificate and myself with a copy of each son's new birth certificate. These tasks were given to a subordinate, [redacted], available at the same address and telephone number.Since completion of the court process Ms. [redacted] has eluded completion of these tasks and upon at least two occasions asked our sons to come to their office to sign additional (or duplicate?) forms before proceeding.On another occasion while Ms. [redacted] was unavailable Ms. [redacted] told me I would have to pay extra for the birth certificate. I told her NO and advised her to seek direction from one of the other layers. Michael Israel of the same firm advised, or directed, that she proceed to provide the new certificates without cost to the client.It has now been twenty-two months since our court date and there is no evidence the new birth certificates will ever be provided.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate action to provide the new birth certificates as agreed. One copy to each of the sons and one copy of each new birth certificate to myself.Further action by the Revdex.com is not required once this is accomplished.
