Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did send Dr cherry receipts of payments for lab and office visit via priority mail with tracking information early September.I did not hear from him or his office about receiving them.My husband went ahead and paid that bill again.The last time I heard from Revdex.com ,you stated that case was closed.We decided to contact health insurance omdusman about that issue;i think its a better way to resolve the issue.For now we hope that we don't receive any more bills from the hospital or anyone associated with them Sincerely, [redacted]

I received your letter in
today's mail regarding complaint ***
This is the first time I have seen this and although the case is closed, wanted to respond.Ms*** arrived in our lab on
5/1/for lab work requested by her physicianThis lab work was processed and
her physician received
the resultsWe do not take payments in the lab, but if she paid
someone at Norman Regional Hospital she only needs to bring her receipt it to usWe could and still can resolve
this issue.We filed her insurance
and they paid on 5/16/applying $to her deductibleWe had sent
letters and made phone calls prior to speaking
with her on 8/18/Ms*** did state she had already
paid, but we informed her that we didn't
show a payment from herWe spoke with Ms***
again on 8/31/17, she was inquiring ifwe had received a fax; we had notWe spoke with her again on 9/11/
and 9/22/and informed her we had not received a fax.At this time she informed the representative that she had contacted the Revdex.com trying to get us to find her payment.The only payment we show is when Ms*** paid her balance after insurance on 9/28/Todate we have not received a copy of a receiptto research for any additional payment
