because:It does NOT state that you do not accept worn shoes on your refund policy posted on your counter top or on the receipt! See Attachment. Had I know this, I would have never shopped thereThe left shoe dug into my foot, so YES there was something wrong with them, as I have numerous pairs of Clarks shoes and have never had this happen.
