I believe that you will find that *** *** was notified, right about the same time that he filed this complaint, that his memorial had been installed at the cemeteryI have no excuse as to why his call wasn't returnedThe sales person has claimed that he had talked to *** *** several
times and was trying to keep him informed as to what the situation wasWe had A key employee pass away this spring and have been trying very hard to find a replacementIt has caused us to have a sizable backlog of work which we are just now beginning to get caught up onWe had no intention of waiting another winter to set his memorial but we also needed to bundle this setting with other memorials in the area in order to try and get caught upCemeteries in the mountains and in remote locations have given us the most trouble but we are now beginning to be more on top of them. Experienced people are not available for our industry so we have to hire inexperienced people and mentor themIt is a long process to train someone to a point at which they don't have to be constantly supervised and that makes the process very time consumingAs a company we are very sorry the *** *** had to wait so long to get his memorial and I apologize for any lack of communication that went onWe are making good headway towards being better staffed to handle the large amount of work that we have been experiencing and hopefully will continue to cut down on our turn around timesIf there is anything else that he felt we could do at this point to try and make up for the long wait he had to experience I would be happy to try and help him with itHe is more than welcome to contact me directlyI am based in or *** facility and can be reached any day during the week
