March 23, 2017Dear *** ***:Please accept this as our response to the complaint filed (See attached).Regarding the specific allegation of an altered document and the request to receive a Copy of an unaltered version, we have no knowledge of any alterationFurther, we have spent exhaustive hours
searching our records looking for another set of registration paperwork showing any deviationsPlease be advised that this person separately filed a claim with the credit card company to chargeback the entire amount, so we have searched our records in this matter multiple timesWe have found no evidence that there is another document with alterationsIn fact, it is highly irregular for such registration documents ever to be alteredFurther, any changes after sign in would leave an audit trail in our system, which does not exist in this caseThe guest has contacted us requesting the same information several times and our searches have found the same result, obviously not satisfactory to herWhile truly wish we could locate such a document, I am not in a position to fabricate oneI can only present what existsIn trying to resolve her issue, we have asked what she wants (other than a copy of an altered document) and no answer has been provided.It is our guess that she is questioning the rate charged to herWe do know the following facts, She checked into our hotel on 12/23/for one nightShe was originally scheduled to check into a standard room, but switched to a suite at some pointThe group with which she was attending the hotel had contracted a group rate of $for standard rooms and $for suitesShe was properly charged the rate for a suite, if her desire is to be charged the standard room rate, we would be willing to settle this matter with a credit for the rate differentialUnfortunately, she has never let us know what her ultimate desire is to resolve this issue-just that she wants to see a non-existent altered document.I hope this information is helpful and feel free to contact me with any further questions.Sincerely,David S.Chief Financial Officer

Please be advised that this person separately filed a claim with the credit card company to chargeback the entire amount, so we have searched our records in this matter multiple times. We have found no evidence that there is another document with alterations. In fact, it is highly irregular for such registration documents ever to be altered. Further, any changes after sign in would leave an audit trail in our system, which does not exist in this case. The guest has contacted us requesting the same information several times and our searches have found the same result, obviously not satisfactory to her. While truly wish we could locate such a document, I am not in a position to fabricate one. I can only present what exists. In trying to resolve her issue, we have asked what she wants (other than a copy of an altered document) and no answer has been provided.It is our guess that she is questioning the rate charged to her. We do know the following facts, She checked into our hotel on 12/23/16 for one night. She was originally scheduled to check into a standard room, but switched to a suite at some point. The group with which she was attending the hotel had contracted a group rate of $99 for standard rooms and $149 for suites. She was properly charged the rate for a suite, if her desire is to be charged the standard room rate, we would be willing to settle this matter with a credit for the rate differential.
