Good Afternoon, Upon review of all of the records, it appears we gave more than the included canine rehabilitation sessions, we gave sessions, so additional sessions at no chargeThe medical notes said there was improvement in the last sessionsThe patient came back for an exam with Dr [redacted] , not the original doctorAbout? days later? they came to see the original doctor againCharges were being charged at this pointShe recommended an additional round of canine rehabilitationThis was known that it was not included in the surgery as it was? months laterInvoices and statements with a detailed letter explaining the balance was sent to the ownerThe owner came back in May for a dental estimate with the original doctor, Dr [redacted] , and there was no mention of them being upset with the surgery or going to see another doctor and the findings they had

We are very sorry for you loss of ***I would like to point out that all of the accusations you have made are inaccurateWe are very aware that ANY anesthetic surgery comes with risk and we go over this with the owner, and the consent form that the owner signed goes over this riskYou are
correct, your pet was not up to date on vaccines, therefore the owner requested they all be updatedAlso, the owner was given a choice of doing pre-anesthetic bloodwork- which could show us a potential problem prior to surgery and she declinedDr*** did call you back and go over things in detail with you- that this could have been a reaction to anesthesia, or something elseOur staff tried to be as helpful as possible, but when they are being harrassed and called horiffic names (swearing at us) via the telephone, we choose to hang up- nobody should have to endure thatWe also saw to it that you received a FULL reimbursement on everything that was done for ***Thank you for your time
