If I could do it all over again I would, with another company. I purchased a front load washer and dryer from here and was told that the pedestal bases were included. Upon delivery there were no bases so I inquired about it and the woman Karen informed me that they would be delivered the next day. Needless to say they didn't show. When I called about it they informed me that the sales guy that sold them to me was wrong, so they had him call me and apologize for MY misunderstanding to which I corrected him. I felt insulted because I didn't misunderstand anything not to mention it was confirmed by Karen stating that I was to receive them, I asked if the owner could give me a call. The next day arrived and still no pedestal. I called Karen and she apologized for her not stating the correct information then informed me that it was their mistake and that they could only send me one pedestal. I obliged and she then said it would be bought to my house on Monday. Monday came and went and I didn't even receive a phone call. On Tuesday I called and spoke with Karen who hit me with an "I was just about to call you". She said that the pedestal was ready and then had the audacity to ask if I could come and pick it up because her men were working on the other side of town today. I had to remind her that I technically should've received this pedestal last week not to mention it should've been delivered yesterday and I'm the person who had to call and inquire with you about it and you want ME to pick it up? She then stated that she would personally bring it to my home that evening around 6p and set it up and she would keep me posted if anything changes. Around 3 I started walking to the corner store and I get a call from a private number and I didn't answer. Luckily I checked my message and it was their delivery man leaving me an irate message stating that "I'm not there, and they had been waiting" I was irate!!! I received no call prior to advise me that they were coming not to mention they called from a blocked number so I was unable to call back. I then called Karen. I told her that I was the next block over and they need to come back with the pedestal and why didn't she call me to let me know that they were coming. Her reply was "Well you said that you would be home". I was appalled. She said that she was going to call them and have them come back to put it under my washer. I waited and waited and no one showed. I called Karen 3 times and got no answer. Later that evening my children went into the garage to get something and they see the pedestal laying there. So they went into my CLOSED garage without consent and left my product there!!!! I am furious! I can't believe that a company would actually do that. I've worked in customer service for 9 years and I've always prided myself in providing people with respect so this is unacceptable. I'm posting this horror story EVERYWHERE to let everyone know how horrible my experience was and I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!
