I bought a suv from this place on a Thursday about months agoThe Saturday only days later my husband and I decided to go take out kids to corpus from AustinThe car overheated hours later to where we were stranded in the middle of no where not even a store in sightWe got the car back and they replaced a heater hose, about a month later the engine coolant service light came back on again they told me it was a bubbleGot hat fixed a month later the same exact issue except my car broke down again! Not to mention a sensor, spark plugs/ and the fuel pump had to be changed as wellThey gave me a loaner car and I got the car on a Thursday evening it broke down on Friday morning on my way to workNot only did they not apologize but they said it was low on fuel the gauge was reading miles on the carWhen I got back to same later that day they were trying to sell the car to someone elseHow crazy is thatThen they gave us another loner car and the engine light came on miles off the lotAnd then the low power engine light came on with two kids in the carIt wasn’t even safe on the high way because it wouldn’t keep upThese people don’t care about you or even your kidsI will never purchase from them againIf you do make sure there is a warranty on the car
I purchased a chevy trailblazer in January and have had several things repaired and this vehicle still doesn't work properlyThe check engine light keeps coming on and this month I was told there were metal shavings being detected in the motor and it would need to be replacedHowever it was not fixed they did an oil change and cleaned a VVT sensorThey told us they replaced a part in the crank shaft and when I asked for all the reports for what has been replaced that's how I found out nothing was fixedI went to the dealership on Monday 7/31/and told them I no longer wanted this vehicle due to safety issues then they told me I could get something else but I need to give them $1000-$moreI stated I don't have that and they told me they couldn't do anything unless I had moneyThis vehicle has been unreliable and left me stranded
Head manager stated how he didn't believe our story when telling him that a employee had told us we would be getting free towing when our battery in the car had died and we didnt know what the issue wasHe disregarded everything we told himHe said he was going to charge us because of the ridiculousness of the car issue then later stated that he "he sees that it may seem like we dont care about you but at the same time it seems like you dont care abput us" we stated that were paying more than the car is worth, hr stated "then why dont you get a newer car from somewhere else? " we stated how that wasnt the point, he said it was the pointLater we had deiced to return the car since we still have paper plates and havnt made our 1st payment yetI call to ask for the return policy and they kept me on "hold" for 30min.seither they keep me on hold or they hang up on me telling me to "hold"
Before this happened I tild them I wanted a car no more than $a monthNow I'll be paying $
I was asking about a suv that I was interested on buying......and I send an email to one of the workers who help me when y buy the other suv her name *** ***, I NEVER GAVE HER MY SS# or any other info,because I want to go there and see the suv and trade mine ,so I got an email that I have two inquirers in my credit report so I went to check my credit and was from this company,makes me mad because now I have this hard inquirers and wont erase until more years ........,hope you can help me ,thank you
Purchased a used car from Sames Red Barn on 10/10/I never inquired or approved an extended warranty or any other additional charges or services so I questioned the finance rep when the payment amount was higherHe than told me they added an extended warrantyI told him I wasn't sure about that and reiterated that I hadn't asked or approved itHe said I could cancel at anytime
(side note - No one took the time to show me anything about the car - how to use the keyless start feature or any other features or options, as I was driving off I noticed there was less than 1/tank of gas and within minutes noticed the car center console was falling off)After contacting the salesman and the GM, they picked the car up and fixed the problem but the worst car buying experience I have had

I went to Red Barn Motors looking to buy a car and I did I got a Dodge Ram year As a down payment I gave them a check for $3,and my Dodge Ram year At first they were really nice I got what I wanted they even deliver the Truck to the place I was working I used it that day and I noticed something wasn't working right with the truck so I took it back to them the next day and ask for my money and truck back and they said we had made a deal and that the truck they won't take it back and they will not give me my down deposit and Truck that I trade inI left their truck there and left the place empty handed and looking forward to cancel the check and they still cashed it!
