The customer brought in her car November 17, 2016 and we check it and notified her it needed another motor. We require half down before work starts and nearly 3 months passed before the customer let us know she wanted the work done. March 2nd she brought in $500 but we needed half down and a week...

later she brought in half. We replaced the motor and got the car back to the customer a week later. A week after that she said there was a problem and we asked her to return the car for so we can take a look at it. She never returned and we have called and left messages but have not received a response. We have a no refund policy that is stated in the shop. Please note the warranty on the motor expires at the end of the month, after that we will not be able to replace it.

To whom this may concern. I have spoke with Norm at Norms Automotive. We have verbally agreed he would work on my vehicle and that this complaint is no longer needed..

It was towed here once, not three times. It does have a 90 day warranty. It was towed to Bob’s for a second opinion and for a diagnostic. They did no work on the vehicle. We didn’t have a chance to make it right before he called the Revdex.com. I have known him for 25 years and I will never work on his...

vehicle again. He will get a full refund once I get paid from the place I bought the transmission and when he clears it with the Revdex.com.

I've paid [redacted] $414.20 and my vehicle still does not run. How do I know if any work was even done to my vehicle? [redacted] is refusing to refund my funds and I think this is totally unacceptable. [redacted] shop had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and no outcome. He and his mother co owner is very rude and made racist remarks too me when I came to retrieve my vehicle. [redacted] has over 20 vehicles on his parking lot. I feel if he knew is work load was too much for him all he had to do was communicate. I am reopening my case and want all my funds returned to me.
