and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I reject Mermaid's response that merely reviewing video tape would determine if the wheels were damaged or not. Unless the cameras have high-resolution zooming features on the wheel area, there is no way the video would determine the vehicle came in without damage and left with damage as the damaged area was very small and only visible upon close inspection. I have documented paperwork showing the wheels were recently repaired and then had to be repaired again after the incident. AutoColor, the repair shop, concurred the physical damage is consistent with a car wash track. I submitted my evidence to Revdex.com but Mermaid has not done the same.Mermaid offers no reasonable proof they did not damage the wheels. I have reasonable proof they did. Therefore I reject Mermaid's response and would like them to reimburse me for my repairs.
