I purchased a QCAM QSD-mini camera on June 13thI charged it and it has never powered onI called technical support and explained that the machine will not turn onHe said it was probably defectiveI went on online and completed their RMA form on June 27thI've called today and yesterday June and June to find out how I can return the productEach time I call they claim they have sent a return label to me I have checked my spam folders and I have tested my emailThey have not sent the return label and they refuse to tell me where to mail the itemI think they are trying to delay the return until the days have passedI sent an email to them as a test and they did receive it

I ordered wireless cameras - they delivered non wireless cameras - they sat on my counter for over days waiting for electrician to come and hook upWhen electrician arrived he told me they sent me the wrong cameras and that they are not wirelessAmcrest refuses to exchange these cameras for the ones I ordered

Topic; Amcrest TechSurveillance Camera Support I purchased cameras [redacted] and support is necessary to get cameras up and running I called techsupport a few times with no issue The last call made to them ended with the support worker initiating, what I perceived to be a scam In order for them to install all software and get cameras online they need to use an [redacted] ***  [redacted]   At the end of the last session the support worker, who is located in [redacted] asked to install a link on my computer I said "no" and he proceeded to open my [redacted] and asked me to " please sign in to your [redacted] I immediately told him I was not comfortable with what he was doing and proceeded to terminate the connection to my computer He hung up before I could question him I tried every avenue I could think of to talk to someone in charge but every phone number I could find went to the same destination in [redacted] I'm not confident an

Worst company everPlease do yourselves a favor and avoid buying any product from this company at all costsI have never written a review, but I felt compelled to write one to avoid anyone else from making the same mistake I madeI purchased an Amcrest security camera system on January 12th of I paid $for the systemSince day one I have had nothing but issues with the product and the companyPicture quality is not good (there are lines on the images)The DVR is loud (fan makes noise)The system is not user friendly and is extremely difficult to operateFurthermore, to make things worse, their own techs don't know how to make the thing workDuring the installation process I was referred back and forth to multiple techniciansWhen the system was finally up and running it wasn't long before the mobile app to view the cameras stopped workingThis system can only be seen remotely through an App called Amcrest Pro View and it never worksTheir customer support is horribleFirst, they place you on hold for a long period of time hopping that you get tired of waiting and hang upThen, they make you go through a painstakingly difficult trouble shooting process that takes literally hours just to tell you that they are unable to solve the issueAnd finally, the costumer is promised a call back from a senior technician which is never receivedI called the company back and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager to file a formal complaint and was told that they were to busy to attend to meThey advertising and sell a security system that is supposed to allow consumers remote viewing capabilities, but that service does not workThis to me is advertisingThis company should not be allowed to stay in business

I have bought several Security Camera systems that have been defecitve and I can't get anyone from the support/Rma Department to respond to my warranty requestPlease help

I purchased (two) Amcrest Security Cameras on August 24, and notified the Manufacture (Amcrest) on September 27, of a problem with the "DATE AND TIME" issueThe issue is that although you set the software properly, when the motion detection email is received the date and time of the email is incorrect by hours In my email communication with Amcrest I was told that because I did not notify them by September 24, I do not qualify for a refundIf the problem was only with this camera, I would accept a replacementHowever, the problem is with the product itself and all of their camera experience the same issue I was told they do not have a fix for the issueI did some research on their Internet Forum and see that they have received complaints about the same issue going back since April 26, Yet they have not recalled or corrected the issue and continues to sell the product

On 11/24/I called Amcrest and ordered a replacement ch DVR for my security system (order [redacted] A charge of $was made to my credit card that day I was told, and it stated on my emailed invoice that shipping was 2-business days On 11/27/17, I received an email that stated my order had been shipped with a [redacted] tracking number of [redacted] I checked that tracking number on the [redacted] website, and it showed that a label had been created, with an anticipated delivery date of 12/1/ When I did not receive the DVR on 12/1/17, I again checked the tracking number on the [redacted] website, and it still only showed that a label had been created, but now the anticipated delivery date showed as 'PENDING' On 12/6/after still not receiving the DVR, and with the tracking number still showing that only a label had been created, I called Amcrest After **plaining the situation to the first person I spoke with, I was told that shipping was really 5-days, and that

I submitted a [redacted]  on May 6th, with Amcrest [redacted] ***  [redacted] for replacement of my [redacted] which stopped working but still covered under the warranty I've been trying to find a resolution by sending emails and calling the support department, but all I keep getting is the run around and I'm not seeing any resolution in sight

This is a scam company Camera broke down within a month of operation Unable to reach RMA dept to follow up on replacement Support is not picking up calls neither This is a joke Don't ever buy anything from any company, specifically this one, who won't backup their own product

Camera's are nice, but the app never works, and error's all of the time, so it is impossible to enjoy the peace of mind where there isn't anyCustomer support is by far the worst I've ever experiencedI waited on hold for over an hour and twenty minutes, and still didn't have anyone pick upThe only way I got through was by calling the number on the Revdex.com sitei spent good money on a product that I can't useVery disappointedThis is not the way a business stays in business

I purchased a certified refurbished POE Security camera on [redacted] listing: https: [redacted] The item stopped working after days, I tried contacting Technical support but the automated message would keep you on a queue system that tell you that you're number is then change to for an hourThis would give yo the impression that this is a scam number I placed a review on both [redacted] where I purchased my system from originally and [redacted] where I purchased a replacement camera, then I was finally contacted by there technical support which validated that the item was defectiveI asked for a refund and was told that I needed to go through their warranty process and I would need to cover for return shippingthe item was protected by [redacted] Money-back Guarantee which states that seller must cover return shippingI
