unplugged the drain and cleaned the water system by using calcium cleaner then flushed system out and made sure the unit was making good clean ice. We will adjust this customers bill to the amount of $150 which is below our minimum 1st hour rate and will write off the rest as a goodwill jester. Any future service for this customer will be at our regular rates and not discounted.

Review: The company came to fix a problem with the ice machine. Came out and without giving me the estimated cost for fixing, just did the job and charged me $259.05 for simple dust clean job which would only take less than 30min. They said it takes about 1 1/2hrs to do a cleaning job. I say if your taking that long to do a simple task as cleaning dust, you shouldn't be doing the job.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if they adjust their bill to a reasonable price. Which would be around $150.
