This is Richard S*** owner of Norris Major Appliance Repair I am responeding to a complaint submitted ID ***. I will issue a complete refund to the customer it will be mailed 11/29/17.Most of the customers statements are correct, I was not able to find part it was not on * * s parts
diagram. My local parts dealer was not able to located part, so I advised customer to call ** factory service there are many updates and problem solving kits that are not available to independant repair companys.Best Regards,Richard S*NMAR

I am rejecting this response because: We paid for this service by credit card and expect to receive credit in that formAlso for the record, ** did have the exact parts needed and was willing to sell them to anyone(Direct to consumer or to a business.) We had them installed by another company and paid them accordingly
