Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting Norris Auto Sales 05/30/response This is an answer to Norris Auto Sales 05/30/response Norris Auto Sales accused me of being irate and disruptive which is not true I have witnesses that will attest to my civil behavior toward Norris Auto Sales staff while Norris Auto Sales staff was unprofessional and rude towards all of us You may contact my witnesses: [redacted] at [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] Extor read their attached account of the event Norris Auto Sales did not resolve anything by issuing a partial reimbursement check Norris Auto Sales handled the matter poorly and wrongfully charged me unnecessary fees for a number of items that were not agreed upon according to the Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement that Norris Auto Sales signed The Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement clause #8: "To return vehicle within hours of any verbal or written notice that the deal cannot be completed and that failure to do so gives Dealer the right of self help repossession with the reasonable cost of such action to be borne by Consumer." Norris Auto Sales did not give me hours because they repossessed the vehicle within hours of verbal notice of paperwork which I agreed to sign The verbal agreement occurred on Monday, April 25, at 5:PM over the phone and Norris Auto Sales staff repossessed the vehicle on Tuesday, April 26, at 12:PM which Mrs [redacted] can attest to because she was the person I contacted when the repossession occurred Norris Auto Sales charged me $for the repossession I live miles from Norris Auto Sales car dealership (Map Exhibit) This is not a reasonable repossession charge especially since the repossession itself was in breach of The Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement Norris Auto Sales charged me cents per mile for every mile accumulated while the Dodge Durango Crew VIN#: [redacted] was in my possession totaling $ None of the miles were in excess of miles per day as stated in the Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement clause #9: "That if the vehicle is returned for any reason, Consumer will pay to Dealer the sum of thirty-five (35) cents per mile for miles driven in excess of fifty (50) miles per day during the term of this agreement." I drove miles while the car was in my possession and according to the contact I was allowed miles (Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement Exhibit) Norris Auto Sales charged me $for skip tracing fee (Norris Auto Sales May 2, Letter Exhibit), which was never discussed and did not need to be utilized because Norris Auto Sales staff knew I was home and drove straight to my house which happened to be my place of business I appreciate all of your time and assistance If you need any other information, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] @gmail.com

While I understand the process of financing can take while no one at Norris Auto Sales contacted me and...

if they did they failed to leave a message. They have mine and my husbands numbers both work and cell it is not that hard to leave a message. And with regard to the spare tire and key fob I have already purchased a key fob since they have repeatedly lied to me and failed to contact me about any part of the contract or promised items. They paper tag is dated 09/09/15 and we have still yet received the title or any other paperwork for the vehicle so by law I can not even lawfully drive this vehicle. I am complete unhappy with Norris Auto Sales and the staff and Ms [redacted] stats she tried to contact me and it went straight to voicemail in my opinion working in a professional environment for attorneys why would you not leave a message if you were trying to solve a customer complaint. That is just bad business. I will be more than happy to provide my bank statements showing that due to Norris Auto Sales broken agreement they overdrafted my account by depositing the check early then agreed.

behavior toward Norris Auto Sales staff while Norris Auto Sales staff was unprofessional and rude towards all of us.  You may contact my witnesses: [redacted] at [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] Ext. 4 or read their attached account of the event.  Norris Auto Sales did not resolve anything by issuing a partial reimbursement check.  Norris Auto Sales handled the matter poorly and wrongfully charged me unnecessary fees for a number of items that were not agreed upon according to the Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement that Norris Auto Sales signed.  The Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement clause #8: "To return vehicle within 24 hours of any verbal or written notice that the deal cannot be completed and that failure to do so gives Dealer the right of self help repossession with the reasonable cost of such action to be borne by Consumer."  Norris Auto Sales did not give me 24 hours because they repossessed the vehicle within 17 hours of verbal notice of paperwork which I agreed to sign.  The verbal agreement occurred on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 5:08 PM over the phone and Norris Auto Sales staff repossessed the vehicle on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 12:03 PM which Mrs. [redacted] can attest to because she was the person I contacted when the repossession occurred.  Norris Auto Sales charged me $250 for the repossession.  I live 3.7 miles from Norris Auto Sales car dealership (Map Exhibit).  This is not a reasonable repossession charge especially since the repossession itself was in breach of The Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement.  Norris Auto Sales charged me 35 cents per mile for every mile accumulated while the 2013 Dodge Durango Crew VIN#: [redacted] was in my possession totaling $128.10.  None of the miles were in excess of 50 miles per day as stated in the Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement clause #9: "That if the vehicle is returned for any reason, Consumer will pay to Dealer the sum of thirty-five (35) cents per mile for miles driven in excess of fifty (50) miles per day during the term of this agreement."  I drove 324 miles while the car was in my possession and according to the contact I was allowed 500 miles (Motor Vehicle Delivery Agreement Exhibit).  Norris Auto Sales charged me $150 for skip tracing fee (Norris Auto Sales May 2, 2016 Letter Exhibit), which was never discussed and did not need to be utilized because Norris Auto Sales staff knew I was home and drove straight to my house which happened to be my place of business.  I appreciate all of your time and assistance.  If you need any other information, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]@gmail.com
