The service department has always been great in the past for things like oil changes but when I asked them to look at my new van after it had been broken into to see if there was anything defective that would have allowed the break in They informed me it needed a new door handle I waited two months and then called them to see if the part was inI made arrangements to bring it in and when I called about pick up I was informed the part was not needed I felt that the service manager was avoiding me and no one seemed to know what they were doing I've also recently contacted them as I was told my existing winter tires (which were one season old) would not fit the new van being purchased so they sold me new ones Turns out that my existing ones were the correct size for the new van and I feel taken advantage of I am waiting to hear how they respond but I have a feeling they are going to claim they didn't tell me that and I asked for new tires Be extremely cautious when dealing with Alex or Craig, they will make you feel like your are being unreasonable
