Norris Landscaping

Review: This contractor, Norris Landscaping, was hired to prepare for and install backyard hardscape (2 concrete patio areas w/ adjoining walkway and 2 side-yard walkways). There are a number of issues with the final product, however, the primary problem concerns a section of concrete - specifically the walkway connecting the 2 patios - where the quality of workmanship is unacceptable (Counsel from 4 independent concrete contractors has already been obtained to confirm).Desired Settlement: Walkway adjoining patios to be cut out in its entirety and re-poured (w/rebar)/colored/stamped using the same coloring products and stamp as originally used (to match patio areas). The CUTS to be subcontracted out to a concrete cutting specialist due to the complexity of job. Expansion cap type product to be installed at new joints at time concrete is re-poured because walkway will then be a separate piece of concrete and no longer a solid pour with the patios.
