We leased a home through Norris Management, we always paid our rent on time and most of the time early When we moved out of the home on the 27th of July we made sure that the house was clean and all light bulbs were all in working order and no issues with any smoke detectors (which we have before we moved in and after we moved out pictures) and when we received our move out statement and deposit check it stated that they were charging us $for smoke alarms and light bulbs so we wrote them a email asking for receipts and never got a response so my husband went up to the business and was told that there was a smoke alarm that was missing (which it had to been missing when we moved in -- not sure how many are suppose to be in house for sure) and few light bulbs were burnt out and that he did have a receipt for it but he had to find it on his desk which he had a lot of paperwork on his desk so he would call us on monday which when Monday came another associate from the company contacted my husband and said it was not light bulbs and missing smoke alarm it was the cost to send someone out to replace all the smoke alarm batteries (which nothing like our statement said) plus we still never received a copy of that receipt which I feel we should be entitled to view if we are getting charged for My major complaint is how can they change what is on our statement and say they have paperwork to prove it then turn around and change the charges

Friendly personable staff. Any maintenance needs are resolved quickly by qualified professional individuals.
