I had received a voice message from Mr*** on
204, 204);">12/13/I responded back with a text message, (the area that I live in has very limited cell phone/tower coverage, so it is sometimes difficult to get adequate reception on a call)Mr*** responded back to my text message, letting me know what he considered the correct amount of the refund to beI am not disputing that amount, there had been an error madeI had left him a message stating that I needed to contact the accountant to get it authorized first, as the end of year closeout had already been processedOn 12/15/I called the automated Merchant Credit Card Service that we use, and entered a credit return to Mr***s cardAt this point, I had assumed all was taken care ofOn 01/05/2016, I again received a voice mail from Mr*** stating that he had not gotten a credit on the $I had then contacted our accountant to inquire as to whether or not it came thru on the credit card/bank statementIt had not, I also verified that the card number was correctI then contacted our merchant card service to inquiry about this transactionTheir records show that although it had been "authorized" it had not processed thru ("batched") at the end of the dayI was told that this occasionally happens when the credit card company is experiencing a high volume usage dayThe customer service representative, ***, then reprocessed this return, on 01/05/2106, assured me that it had processed thru and had given me the authorization code of #***This was on 01/05/Would you please have Mr*** recheck his account, for this creditI will contact you on Monday, 01/12/2016, by telephone,, to find out if this matter has been resolved to Mr***s satisfactionI am unavailable until then, as I will be out of town, due to a family health emergencySincerely,
