The following is an excerpt from an email I sent to her regarding this invoice...This is the one invoice that has been paid in advance of work being performed albeit not paid in full any longer as you have authorized in writing the payment of other disbursements. An itemization of
deductions shall be provided as all expenses are realized.The homeowner authorized, in writing, payment of two invoices to a plumber She has requested the dumpster be removed, again in writing, she requested a window well be re-dug and a sump pump put into place The reason we are no longer working for her is her failure to pay based on our agreed upon terms The "pre-billing" in advance for work not completed as of yet was a convenience to the her and a rather large pain in my rear as it was totally different than any other customer I deal with I will be happy to reimburse her for work not completed However, based on our past payment history I will not reimburse her this invoice only to be left without payment for the work she has requested to be done.Part of the same email, which was also a follow up to a certified letter I sent telling her our agreement was cancelled due to a failure to pay, instructed her that a complete summary of deductions shall be provided within days from the date of that email which was July 17th The other option would be for her to pay for the services she has already requested and in some cases been invoiced and then, when all payments have been received I can refund the full amount of the afore mentioned invoice This seems odd but would also be an agreeable way to settle financially I would be happy to provide the emails and/or text messages with the directives but they would include contact information which the rules expressly forbade.Thank you in advance for you assistance in this matter*** ***

This contractor pre billed me for electrical services in the remodel of my basementI paid the billThe services were never provided and now the contractor refuses to refund the monies and in lieu of that has made up a listing of "other services" which were never contracted or authorized and claims that I owe him money for thatThere are no contracts or authorization in place for the "other services"
