Norseman Structures Inc.

Norseman Structures constructed a 42' x 99' QC Series Tent structure with galvalume end walls at our residence in November of 2013. At the end of December the tent collapsed. All maintenance had been completed with regards to snow removal around the tent and from the top of the tent. The company is claiming that the structure was not rated for the amount of snow received during a snow storm prior to the structure's collapse. A down payment of $21308.70 had been paid. On January 23, 2014 an invoice was sent requesting the final payment $20783.70 even though the company has been made aware of the situation. The company is telling us that the situation is unfortunate and that the warranty is invalid due to the snow. We are expected to pay for the building and they are not willing to help with the damages at all.[redacted]Desired SettlementWe would like Norseman to remove the damaged building and refund our money.
