Problem date 5/9/Purchase date3/11/Model #XXXXX SKU #XXXXXXOrder #XXXXXXXXXX I purchased of these chairs and of them broke in the exact same place of defective materials The warranty states "This Situations Chair is warrantied to the original purchaser to be from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of years from the original date of purchase, we *** replace unaltered non-moving metal components or chair frame, which in our opinion is defective."
