Not taking care of his business and not paying the people to roof the houses he has contracted After a series of events and weeks later he finally found a roofer that would roof our houseDuring the house being roofed, there was a series of complaints from the roofer that John owed him money and that he never pays on time We received a letter from a lawyer of the roofer that placed a mechanics lean on our house because Nortex Contracting has not payed himI have contacted John at Nortex Contracting to show proof of payment and he has not done that yet and it has been over a weekI keep on receiving text from him with no back-up

I have contacted John multiple times requesting an invoice.This is the third week!My insurance agent has also called him & he has rejected her calls
John replaced my roof and I have been requesting an invoice and he has only provided me with a proposalWe have called him multiple times and we are now going on the third week and still have not received anything

Contractor did not complete clean up of property after asked to many times
John ***, owner of Nortex Construction, repeatedly said he would complete the clean up of the propertyHe failed to do soHe was paid the first check for roofing in AugustHe said the job wouldn't be started that week but would be the week afterIt wasn't started until November even though he said I was scheduled earlier several timesI was patient and waited for the job to be completedI made the mistake of giving John *** the final insurance payment before clean up was completedHe was given over $by the insurance company, USAA He did not come back after that to finish the clean up jobI asked him many times to do this and he said he would but never did

I was ripped off by these people associated with the companies listed aboveThey accepted my good faith deposit of $6,for materials and have run off with it and are not returning phone callsDo not use any roofing contracting business operating in or locared in Ellis County without calling me firstYou will be ripped off!
