I used this moving company for a recent relocation from Miami Florida to Lawton OklahomaOverall I was very satisfied with the professional quality of service that I was providedEven despite some of the negative reviews that I saw, my estimator assured me that the service would in fact be professional and the movers would be courteousI would recommended them to my friends and family as wellMy advice for anybody looking for a moving service would be to not spend too much time looking at the negative reviews, after all you can't please everybody
I originally went with another company because there were not very many reviews about this companyWhen my movers did not show up on the day of the move, I called these guys upThings somehow work in mysterious ways because not only did these guys show up and get me moved out in time, they did a great jobThey even gave me weeks of storage for free until I was able to closeSince I decided to write a complaint about the other company (I still have not got my deposit back from the other company.), I decided to write a review about these guysI would definitely recommend these guys, because everything they warned me about was true
Working with this moving was the worst experience I have ever come across I am my husband with sever dementia I needed to move back to Wisconsin by my daughter because I needed help caring for my husband I received an estimate from North American Prime, which was reasonable They came and after they loaded all our items, they indicated we went over the allowed sq.ft and it was going to be an additional $ We took things off and they knocked it down to $1, This is all on top of what we were already paying Then they indicated our items would be delivered in 10/days After days, they company hanging up and yelling at us, we told them we were calling the police to indicate our items were stolen, only then did we hear from the trucking company Our items were delivered days later They demanded cash payment before the truck was even open to see if they had our items I called the police because I thought it was a scam and they were going to take our money and leave They did have our items and each and every box and storage container was severely damage and this is no joke I had a fully in tack kitchen center island that they delivered in hundreds of pieces I had missing boxes one that had our 55" smart TV This is a terrible company that scammed us out of thousands of dollars and damaged all our belonging many of them family heirlooms that can never ever be replaced Please don't let them do business anymore
