The owner of the North American Auto Group was very unprofessional very ugly we only had the car for a week in days he didn't want to fix anything that needed to be fixed because he said the car was BMW and it had hundred thousand miles on it when we bought it and he wasn't going to fix itAnd I don't think that's right because I know you have three hundred miles or months with a dealer's warranty like I said we only had this vehicle a week and days and we've been having problems with it since we purchased it and this car was the owners best friend's car so we're thinking that it was okay

My experience with North American Auto Group was a nightmareAfter waiting hours to meet with the Tyler Torres, the finance manager, I left with no vehicleTyler was rude and blatantly disrespectful not only to other employees but to the customers as wellHe repeatedly used the f bomb as he strolled through the customer sitting areaAfter paying my down payment, I had to hunt an employee down just to get the keys to leaveMy cousin and I were left alone in the building while the salesmen and Tyler reorganized the vehicles that were parked on the lot I was told that I wouldn't be able to sign the necessary paperwork until that following Monday, because he had to leave to pick up his kids and attend the LSU football gameMy cousin made the comment that he had an attitude and total chaos beganHe cursed at us and demanded I give him my card so that he could refund me because there would be no dealThe salesman told him that I wasn't the one that made the comment, he proceeded to yell that it didn't matterHe said, " I'm not selling you the car because she's with you." I attempted to reach out the owner, which was a total waste of timeHe referred me back to Tyler Tyler went as far as telling the owner that I didn't have the proper down payment, which was a lieThe money requested had already been paidHe lied to cover himself
