I called North American Construction because my bathroom was completely out of date!! I knew exactly what I wanted doneAfter talking with the contractor, he knew exactly what I wanted too! I was beyond ecstatic to see the new bathroom and the great job they did! Will definitely be using them again in the future!! Fast, friendly, courteous people!!

I have been beyond pleased with North American ConstructionThey came in and saved the day after my original contractor really messed things upThey helped me complete my dream bathroom after what started as a nightmareThey even helped with some great ideas to expand the width of the shower by taking a couple of inches in the wacloset of my second bedroomThis change came at a minimal cost and makes a huge impact on the comfort level The amount of care they showed for my home is greatly appreciatedI was so nervous after having my first contractor really messed things upThey came into my home and made sure to do things right! They put a lot of care into their work and it turned out beautifullyYou can really tell they have a lot of pride in what they do I fully recommend using NAC for any of your future projects

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company on a kitchen make overI found the company online and scheduled a minute phone call with a man named KeithI was very please when Keith called me, he took the time to explain the opinions I had and took the time to answer any of my questionsThey helped me set up the appointments with the contractorMy meeting with Bob was awesome We talked about my kitchen plans and he helped explain my project budgetAlso helped me stay within the budget that was set for the projectI would absolutely refer this company to anyone in the Utah areaI was very pleased with this company

I called this company to remodel my living roomI called scheduled an appointment, the young lady I spoke with was very niceMy appointment was scheduled for Monday at 11:They where actually on timeYes this surprised me due to the other three contractors where hours late on appointments they scheduled with me The general contractor named Bob come to meet me at my homeThe general contractor was polite and patientI had to of had a million questions, but all where answeredMy appointment with Char was to go over all the materials and options I had with my projectShe helped me create the vision of my now living roomI will be hiring them in the future to remodel my master bathroom and master bedroom

Bob Oyler was the man who showed up for the jobIt was an emergency because the original contractor I hired tore up all the flooring and walked off the job even though they had been paid in full! When the old carpet was pulled we discovered my dogs had destroyed the floor under the carpetBob showed up that night gave us a bid and was back to start working on it the AM the next morningHe removed the old floor, sprayed a chemical to dissolve any bacteria along with the smell put on a protectant coat then layer a new sub floorHe was very pleasant and thoroughI will use this company again Shanna fon August 20th,

Bob was exceptionalHe came out to my house to do the initial consultation extremely quickly and was incredibly professional and resourcefulHe is dedicated to his work and takes the utmost care of his clientsHe made me a priority and did an outstanding jobI will definitely be hiring him again in the future!

Review: Contractor overlaid new roof on our home in March 2012. We now have a leak in the garage where the house meets the garage.I have made numerous phone calls to the owner, [redacted] and he will not return our calls.We would like for him to resolve the leak and stand behind his work.Desired Settlement: Find and repair the problem.

I am rejecting this response because: We had to call [redacted] many times before he finally returned our call. Then promised someone would come to look which did not happen. We made another call and he sent a guy a few days later.

We think the problem is resolved.

We were never rude. We only wanted a response back and that he would stand behind his work.

Not a friendly person at all, kind of strange person.
