It was brought to our attention on September that our long term customer (***) had been having issues with a newly purchased truck *** came to us at Nadp Lloydminster asking what it would cost to put in a power steering pumpI
called around to find parts , 5154687aa hose update kit as well as 68070908ad power steering pump I than texted mark with a number of in witch would be his cost to do this jobThere was absolutely no quotes given to this ***! If he has a copy of a quote we would def match the price! As for belittling this gentleman, the customer *** had asked plenty of times for this dealership to take back a ECM programmer that they had put in the truck , I talked to mike about taking this programmer back in which we could supply a new better more specific model to the truck that didn't have a history of damage to components*** argued that they had used this product they supplied to the customer(not giving him any options) all the timeSo I asked him witch was not belittling him at all , the question of witch( have you ever had to deal with this chip company for any warrenty work or update options, because we have as we have dealt with smarty tuners for over years and they have little to none for customer support and that it has been a problem on that specific year of truck with transmission failure! *** proceeded to tell me that they were fine and wasn't going to help the customer outAny way our shop went ahead to fix the above steering pump problem only to have issue with a rusted bolt that had snapped and needed to be drilled out, the total bill had more hour put into it because of the problem, at no time did a quote go out other than a text to *** joy and the head guy from this dealership contacted me with method of paymentHe was told the amount and payed with out any issueI than received a call from *** about how he wasn't paying that much as the *** dealership here was to fix it?! He than proceeded to tell me that he was not giving me a card to pay for this and that's when I told him his boss had already cleared it up with a credit card! He than told me they were going to cancel payment and not paying for this at allI believe this *** should have to take customer service program !*** ***

I also spoke to Mr B*** on the telephoneHe was incredibly rude and demeaning to me alsoHe tried to bully me into purchasing the chip installed by Diesel Services Group in Saskatoon for no other reason than he doesn't like that brandIt was performing properly and was still under warranty if it did actually have a problemIt would be the same thing if he didn't like the brand of tires and wanted them changed after the factThese are things to be resolved before the sale is finalized, not after***
