Good afternoon, [redacted] left employment with our company in the early summerWe were unaware of the client's request to get ahold of us regarding any potential issues, our apologies for thatWe sent a copy of the directory to Attn: [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] ** *** back in May, We also emailed a copy of the ad to [redacted] t After our current rep, [redacted] , who is selling the project for 2015, called our National Sales Manager to examine the properties and their current directories, both properties were using the directories, according to our property contactsAll the rooms she was contracted for received the guest directories, and put them in the rooms for the duration agreed upon with the contract with the advertiserOur current rep has current directories for each location and would be happy to show them to the advertiserHere is the information we gathered and the tracking numbers, showing signatures by people directly at the property [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] Currently, the advertiser's ad is scheduled to appear in the rooms till May, 2015.This year, for 2015, we added another property to the project, [redacted] ** ***In 2014, a discount was given to them for their 1st year of participation As mentioned above, our records indicate we fullfilled the contract with the advertiserWhat I can offer for is a reduced rate of $275, and also throw them in the [redacted] *** for free We offer many avenues through our website, twitter, facebook, linked in, email, phone, fax, and mail to get ahold of our company and always do our best to appease our customer's issues, as they are the reason we stay in business

As per the consumer's request, we will mail off a copy of each directory for each property UPS 2nd day air on Monday so we get a signature at the consumer's business to make sure they receivedOur records show a copy was already mailed but we want to make sure the consumer is in receipt of another directory.In our business, we have copies of the agreements for our services with the management and ownership of the property so when a property owner, such as the one at *** *** * ***, tells us that all of their rooms were open for business, we take this information as accurateWe had a rep in the area that stayed at the property in the summer and all of the rooms at that time were available for rent.We want satisfaction from our consumers so we will offer inclusion in our new property, *** *** *** ***, at no charge for the calendar yearThe ad will stay in the *** and *** till May, As a full service print and design company, we would also like to extend an offer for business cards, at no charge, if the consumer would like that offerAs a full service print/design firm, we also extend our offer of free ground shipping on any other products/services ordered through our companySince 1984, we have maintained a reputation of satisfaction and great customer service, and we intend to continue to live by that

I am rejecting this response because:  I never received the directory they say they mailed to me.  I was waiting for it.  I would not have missed it.  I'm in my business every day, 7 days a week, open to close.  I was away from the business for a short period in August, but my mail was brought to me every other day.  I don't feel confident that a directory was ever mailed to me.  I was too busy RUNNING my business to call again after I received no response after a couple of attempts to reach the sales person, via phone and email.  I just figured I'd been taken by this company and that was that.
No explanation has been given for the reason the [redacted] told me that 1/2 of their rooms were closed due to a renovation project for summer 2014.  How can we be sure these rooms were open and reserved with guests?  Did anyone from the company visit during that time to confirm this information?  Why would the hotel tell me that if it were not true?If the directory exists, I would like one sent to me now.  If it will be in hotel rooms until May 2015, that is fine.  I have a hard time believing that this ad, offering 15% off to guests, less than 1 mile from my business, would NOT have provided any return what so ever.   Again, I have no confidence in the company after this experience. I will not be renewing my ad space.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
  I do not need Business Cards as the Franchise has approval over them.  But I could use flyers to go in the hotel lobbies.  I printed them at my own expense last year and they were supposed to be put in the lobbies of the hotels you service.  However I was not sure they ever got displayed.I'm still very curious about the mishap with the rooms.  In April they were being renovated, perhaps by summer they had been finished.  I don't know.  But around the time I signed the contract, they were closed as I had been there and visited myself. I was told they would not reopen until September, 2014.I appreciate your response to my claim and am satisfied that you have tried to make it right.  Thank you.
